I've also taken the time to read each of your posts, one of the goals for my day, and was especially touched by your post, Becoming A Daughter. I've shared it on Facebook for your spirited way of discovering food for thought in tough situations is nectar for us all. The favorite rule for me on your list is, Life isn't fair, but it is good. I love the punch of the way that you put this phrase together! My mother and I used to have many conversations relative to this rule. Before Mother-sitting, I worked as a group counselor at an alternative school. The topic, Life Isn't Fair, always engendered two weeks or more of discussion and, for some, resulted in a discovery of a more positive outlook for their lives. Gave me some moments of precious memory!Doreen Cox (Dody)http://www.facebook.com/Mother-Sittingnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1865271793468011221.post-10672532292148203272011-11-25T07:27:45.020-08:002011-11-25T07:27:45.020-08:00Anne, my favorite are:

I added it as a reminder to myself, the multi-tasking, "finish painting the whole room in one day even if you have to slop through it" painter, that slowing down is a good thing. However--you're right. there is a point where working slow is actually stealing from your employer.Anne Schroederhttp://anneschroederauthor.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1865271793468011221.post-66938563070272088652011-11-24T11:27:47.422-08:002011-11-24T11:27:47.422-08:00You've done a lot of thinking and keeping trac...You've done a lot of thinking and keeping track. They're all helpful. The only one I questioned is 43. Yes, people do care if you're fast. Especially if you're older than them. If you're younger, they don't want to hear about it. But that's to laugh about and enjoy for me. It just is.
